Creates a new radio button list cell with the specified options.

Parameters

items
Options to display in the cell specified in a string array
Example
This example creates a RadioButtonListCellType object, supplies it with items and values and assigns it to the first cell in the sheet. The first item in the list shows up in the cell and appears checked when entering edit mode.
